About the Event
Our kids school holiday workshops are back this April and are tailored to help your kids boost their creative writing skills, exercise their imaginations and write a short story based on the theme of this year's Kids Writing Competition!
Our green-themed holiday workshop is divided into three stages; brainstorming, plotting and writing, aimed for kids ages 6-9 years old. The workshops will be run by two of our past booksellers turned teachers, Mischa and Steph!
10.00am - Registration
10.05am - Green brainstorm
11.30am - Recess
11.45am - Planning a short story
1.00pm - Lunch
1.30pm - Starting to write your story
3.00pm - Home time
Recess will be provided (let us know of any dietary requirements), as well as all required workshop materials. Please bring a packed lunch. We recommend that you pack a water bottle.
